The staff at the hotel were thoughtful and experienced. the twin room we stayed in was well-organized and of a good standard. - the room offered a great view of the harbour.

Suitable for a short stay - handy to the city, but with a great view.
My booking report came out with wording to the effect that I do not smoke - this is not the case and I did not indicate this. If the hotel does not cater for smokers they should say so in the blurb - I will stay somewhere else. A little overpriced, but I did book at short notice. The price of breakfast in New Zealand is silly - $20 for cornflakes and toast. A full breakfast in Koh Samui is $8. They obviously want people to eat out. But if we ate breakfast there we would spend more money at the hotel.

In one word "Awesome". Staff were great, very friendly, very helpful which made the experience very enjoyable. Hotel in a great location. Lovely room with views overlooking the city and harbour (could sit there looking out of the window all day and night) Just a short walk to Te Papa and other amenities which was really good. Food & service in the restaurant was brilliant.

A good hotel in a good position close to the waterfront and a very good restaurant area.
Overpriced for the amenities provided. No help offered with our baggage and reception staff generally not very helpful. Also with the rate we paid they still wanted extra for parking.

We did not want to leave, totally recommend. Enjoyed this good standard and great relaxing hotel. Easy to find, with top-class staff especially the duty manager on arrival. 'Leo' who served us for breakfast the next morning was excellent. The location was good and perfect, just a short walk away from Frank Kitts Park.

Everything was perfect, exceeded high expectations, and the staff were extremely helpful and particularly attentive people with your staff member. The location in a shopping area was good and gorgeous and there were a shopping area and the Sunday market nearby;)))
The room had very limited views.
